Special Order Policy

Special orders may require a deposit before the order is placed.

Special orders may only be cancelled before the order has been placed with the supplier.

Once an order has been submitted to a supplier, deposits become non-refundable.

Special order merchandise is generally not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, is defective, or an error was made by E & K Variety.

Customers will be notified when their order arrives.

Special orders should be picked up within 7 days of notification unless other arrangements have been made. Storage fees may apply to orders left beyond the pickup period.
