Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business hours and will typically be processed within 1 business day.

Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated based on destination, carrier rates, package size, and weight.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Damaged Shipments

Any shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.

Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Government-issued photo identification may be required for pickup of certain products or services.

Abandoned Orders

Completed custom orders, engraving jobs, online orders and special orders not picked up within 60 days may be considered abandoned and become the property of E & K Variety unless other arrangements have been made.

Any deposits or payments made on abandoned orders may be forfeited.
