Returns

Most regularly stocked merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt and in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 30 days when accompanied by the original receipt and returned in resalable condition.

Defective Merchandise

Products found to be defective due to manufacturing defects may be exchanged, repaired, or returned in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and applicable consumer protection laws.

• Wireless airtime and prepaid wireless products

• Downloadable or digital products

• Clearance and final sale items

• Food, beverages, and consumable products after being opened

• Personalized, engraved, laser engraved, sublimated, or custom-made products

• Special order items
