Custom Engraving & Personalized Products Policy

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, dates, spelling, artwork, logos, and other design details before production begins.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Customer-supplied items are engraved at the customer's risk. Engraving is a permanent process and may result in unintended variations including slight misalignment, material imperfections, discoloration, cracking, coating inconsistencies, or other aesthetic changes. E & K Variety is not responsible for hidden defects, coatings, material inconsistencies, or manufacturing flaws that may affect engraving results. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible result, E & K Variety cannot guarantee outcomes on customer-supplied items.

Color matching, engraving depth, material appearance, placement, and overall final appearance may vary from digital proofs, photographs, mockups, samples, or previous orders. Natural variations in materials and manufacturing processes may affect the final result.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right or permission to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, or designs submitted for engraving. E & K Variety assumes no liability for unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials provided by customers.

If an error is made by E & K Variety during production, we will work with the customer to repair, replace, or remake the item whenever possible.

Quoted turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload, material availability, equipment maintenance, and order complexity.
